INTRODUCTION TO HYVFLOW HyvFlow is MindHyv's comprehensive project management and workflow automation platform designed to help teams organize, track, and execute projects efficiently. CORE FEATURES 1. WORKSPACE MANAGEMENT Create and manage workspaces as containers for teams and projects Add team members to workspaces Control access and permissions at workspace level Multiple workspaces for different teams or departments 2. PORTFOLIO STRUCTURE Portfolios organize related projects within a workspace Create multiple portfolios for different initiatives Easy portfolio navigation and management Portfolio-level insights and metrics 3. PROJECT MANAGEMENT Create projects within portfolios with detailed specifications Set project timelines, objectives, and scope Define project requirements and risks Track project vision and goals Project-level resource allocation 4. SPRINTS & TIMELINES Organize work into sprints (time-boxed iterations) Set sprint start and end dates Automatic date tracking (Nov 15-22, 2025 format) Nested sprint views within projects Sprint performance tracking 5.
